  1. Setup
    In the setup phase, start by carefully identifying the feed lines according to your customized flow diagram.   2. Calibration
    Calibration begins with accessing the user - friendly digital interface. Here, you have the flexibility to adjust the mixer's revolutions per minute (RPM) within the 50 - 500 RPM range. Consider the nature of the substances being mixed. For less viscous materials like water - based solutions, a lower RPM around 50 - 100 might be adequate for gentle blending. However, when dealing with more viscous substances such as thick slurries or certain polymers, a higher RPM, perhaps 300 - 500, is required to ensure thorough mixing and proper distribution.
  3. Maintenance
    Maintenance is key to the long - term performance of the equipment. Regularly clean the unit using mild solvents. These solvents are effective in removing residue, dirt, and chemical deposits that accumulate during operation. Apply the solvent with a soft brush or cloth, paying extra attention to hard - to - reach areas. After cleaning, rinse thoroughly to ensure no solvent remains.
